How long will it take for my carpets to dry?
The average drying time is approximately 3-7 hours. Many factors play a role: humidity, fiber type, and degree of treatment involved in the cleaning process.
Back to topWe pile brush all carpet after cleaning and recommend you stay off of any damp carpet while drying. If you must walk on freshly cleaned carpet, please do not wear shoes - white socks are recommended.
Back to topHow often should I have my carpets/upholstery professionally cleaned?
Carpet cleaning frequency will depend on the usage of the particular room or piece of furniture. We recommend either quarterly or semi-annual cleaning for more heavily used rooms/areas (family rooms, stairs, halls). Yearly cleaning is normally satisfactory for lesser used rooms (bedrooms, spare rooms).
Back to topAfter you clean my carpets, wil they re-soil more quickly?
We completely rinse out all remaining residue, either from household 'do it yourself' cleaning agents or detergents left behind by companies using outdated methods. We suggest you have your carpet and furniture treated with our protector. This will not only insure that they stay clean longer, but will allow you to clean up any future spills with less effort.
Can you guarantee that you will remove all of my stains?
We at Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners guarantee you the most thorough and professional job available. Depending on the nature of the spill, we will not be able to remove certain stains as they are indeed permanent. We will conduct a pre-cleaning inspection with you and evaluate existing conditions at that time.
How can I best care for my carpets/upholstery between cleanings?
Regular vacuuming and quick spot and spill treatment can keep your carpets and furniture looking their best between professional cleanings. We encourage our valued customers to phone us BEFORE attempting to remove a questional stain. We will be more than happy to offer our assistance over the phone.
What other services does your company offer?
We offer upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning at our modern plant. We also sell Professional Grade Spot Lifter.

Deep Steam uses Steam Extraction - also known as Truck mounted, Hot Water Extraction. Hot water extraction is a proven method of carpet cleaning and approved by carpet mills and manufacturers. Steam is 200+ degrees thus killing germs and bacteria coupled with vacuum extraction at 250 psi, so the carpet is left minimally wet allowing for a short dry time.
